Oregon Trail

The Oregon Trail is often portrayed as some distant memory of United States history. Here in Idaho, it still lives in our backyards. It’s been almost 200 years since the last traders made the trek through the Northern Rockies, and the history they left behind still remains. At local museums you can sit in wagons or watch reenactments as you immerse yourself in the founding of the Western United States.
