This one-of-a-kind interactive trade fair is a welcome mid-winter feast for your senses featuring Idaho independent food and beverage businesses. We showcase local products and connect the public and industry members with Idaho independent food and beverage producers, restaurants, retailers, and industry partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our inaugural event saw over 650 attendees from across Idaho, and we welcome the public to attend our <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">free<\/span> trade fair, panel discussions, chef-led classes, and more! Mix and mingle with Idaho farmers, ranchers, purveyors, distributors, and a broad spectrum of Idaho food and beverage vendors and eateries. Attend panel discussions that explore what’s happening in our local food and drink industries. Stop in to one of our chef-led classes for a firsthand look at (and sample of) culinary creativity you can recreate at home using locally-sourced products.
