Idaho Tourism Receives National Award During Annual ESTO Conference in Portland

Designed by Drake Cooper, the Official Idaho Adventure Guide includes regional and local travel information, scenic photography, summer and winter activities, lodging options and regional and city tourism office contact information. Regional map pages list scenic drives and ski areas in each region.

“Idaho Tourism is honored to receive this award from our National Council of State Tourism Directors peers,” said Diane Norton, Idaho Tourism Manager. “The travel guide is just one of the tools in our tourism toolkit that allows us to showcase the beauty and variety of activities visitors can enjoy in our great state.”

The Mercury Awards were created in 1985 to recognize members for excellence and creative accomplishment in state/territory tourism marketing and promotion, and inspire, by showcasing outstanding work, the continued development of imaginative and exciting marketing and promotion programs.
