ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION.  ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING A CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Administrator is responsible for the overall administration of the Sweepstakes.  Questions, comments, or concerns related to the Sweepstakes should be directed to Administrator at [email protected].  

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry (each an “Entrant,” and collectively, “Entrants”). Residents of Arizona, Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to enter or win. Miles Partnership, (“Administrator”), Visit Idaho (“Sponsor”), Whole Foods Market, Inc, Amazon.com, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.  Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win.  “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year.  “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses.   In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner (each a “Winner,” and collectively, “Winners”) cannot be resolved to Administrator’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein. 

PRIZE: 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Whole Foods Market, Inc, or Amazon.com, Inc.

Limit one (1) prize per Entrant and per household.  Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner.  If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Administrator or Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded, in Administrator’s sole discretion.  If Winner cannot accept a prize, or any portion thereof, as stated, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Administrator.  The value of each prize listed above represents Administrator’s good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof.  That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed.  If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.  Administrator makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded.  Administrator will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.  No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.  

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Administrator.  Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes).  Winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically mentioned in the prize description, including, but not limited to, additional transportation, meals, and gratuities.  

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE, BAG, OR CODE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Eligible Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes online during the period beginning at [12:00 a.m. MT] on October 7, 2026 and ending at 11:59 p.m. MT on November 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) by completing the entry form at [https://visitidaho.org/wild-salmon-river-adventure-getaway/] (the “Entry Form”), including first and last name, residential address, phone number, and email address, selecting the box confirming eligibility and agreement to these Official Rules, and clicking “Submit.

Promotional materials for the Sweepstakes, including a QR code printed on select Whole Foods Market reusable bags distributed in the Denver, Colorado; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Seattle, Washington areas, may direct individuals to the Entry Form. Receiving or using such materials, or making any purchase from Whole Foods Market or Amazon, is not required to enter or win and does not improve an Entrant’s chances of winning. Eligible residents of all other eligible states may enter at [https://visitidaho.org/wild-salmon-river-adventure-getaway/] on the same terms. 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entrants may be presented with the option to opt-in to receive commercial email from Visit Idaho; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant’s consent to receive such emails and consenting to receive such emails will not impact any Entrant’s chances of winning.

Limit of one (1) entry per eligible Entrant.  Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  If any Entrant exceeds the entry limitations, the Entrant may be disqualified, at the Administrator’s sole discretion.  Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.  Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.  All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of Administrator. 

ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THE REQUESTED ENTRY INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.  NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules.  Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Administrator determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.  Administrator’s decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally.  Administrator has the right to change the Sweepstakes Period and all other dates or deadlines set in connection with this Sweepstakes at any time and in its sole discretion.

Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, acts, or omissions Orange Torpedo Trips or any other persons or entities providing services in connection with this prize.  No substitutions, reimbursements, or alternate prize arrangements will be provided.

RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS: Administrator is solely responsible for the collection and processing of entries.  On December 1, 2026 (“Drawing Date”), one (1) potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified at the email address provided at the time of entry (the “Prize Notification”).  In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to Prize Notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.  The potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Administrator and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater.  The potential Winner may be required to execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, a Release of Publicity, within five (5) days of the date of issuance.  Failure to submit any identification required by Administrator or return any required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, the return of Prize Notification or of the prize (or any portion thereof) as non-deliverable, may result in the potential Winner’s disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at Administrator’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

PRIVACY: All information submitted online by Entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Administrator’s Privacy Policy (accessible at https://www.milespartnership.com/privacy-policy).  Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible.  Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void.  All online entries must include a valid email address for the Entrant. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants waive all right to, and hold Administrator and Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Administrator will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an Entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to an Entrant’s spam, junk email, or other security settings or for an Entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes.  If, in the Administrator’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate.  In the event of termination, Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.  

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Unless prohibited by law, the Winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to Administrator, the right to publicize his/her name, city and state of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded (each, a “Claim”) shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in State of Colorado before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.  For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above may be inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.  These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.
