Mid-November through mid-February, Indian Creek Plaza turns into Idaho’s only (and seventh in the nation) Ice Skating Ribbon in the heart of downtown Caldwell. The unique outdoor rink is shaped much like a river that circles around. Railing along the pathway makes the Ice Ribbon a great place to ice skate for the first time.
