Built in 1834, Fort Hall served as a trading post on the Snake River in southeastern Idaho. The fort was demolished in 1863, but the current replica stands as a memorial to Fort Hall’s heritage and offers visitors the opportunity to explore the 19th century world of explorers, pioneers, Native Americans and more.
Read first-hand accounts of Fort Hall experiences and get a closer look at the ecological make-up of the area.
