Fujishin Estate Winery

Since 2009, our focus at Fujishin has been to highlight the diversity of the Snake River Valley.  We’ve focused on lesser-known varieties and unique sites across the AVA.  The number of varieties that seem right at home here in the region is staggering.  We’ve seen winemakers have success with everything from Pinot Noir to Zinfandel.  We feel that with the current vintages we’re finally hitting our stride as a region, and a winery.  We’re zeroing in on the varieties and vineyard sites that are best suited for world class winemaking.
