Coiled Wines
Leslie Preston, winemaker of Coiled Wines, trained in California and began buying grapes from Idaho and transporting them to California to make wine. Preston’s favorite grape is Riesling and highlights it in her Dry Riesling and Sparkling Riesling “Rizza”.

Scoria Vineyards
Preceded by three generations of farmers, Sydney Nederend leaned on her family’s crop-raising heritage, expertise and equipment to launch Scoria Vineyards in the Snake River Valley in 2014. Scoria, which derives its name from the volcanic rock lining the land, cultivates bold red varietals that can be enjoyed at its downtown tasting room.

The Leadbetters are a firefighting family that found themselves at a crossroads that brought them to Idaho from Colorado to create Meriwether Cider Co. Their cider is brewed with the same zeal as their love for the wilderness.

Rolling Hills Vineyard
Inspired by her experience helping out with her family’s winemaking hobby in California’s San Joaquin Valley, Lori and Mark Pasculli purchased an existing vineyard in the Eagle Foothills American Viticulture Area (AVA) to create Rolling Hills Vineyard and produce their own selection of enjoyable wines using Idaho and Washington grapes.
