It’s time to ring in the New Year with some major Idaho vacation inspiration!
To celebrate the launch of the 2020 Official Idaho Travel Guide, we are doing something little different. We’ve created a one-day scavenger hunt around the Treasure Valley (Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian, Eagle, Garden City, and Boise) to find an Idaho Adventure Starter Pack-perfect for your Idaho vacations.
The Idaho Adventure Starter Pack will include a brand new 2020 Official Idaho Travel Guide before it’s available, a Visit Idaho water bottle, along with awesome outdoor adventure gear from Idaho companies. Each adventure pack will be a little bit different to cover a variety of adventure interests.

Join the Visit Idaho Scavenger Hunt
On Friday morning, January 3, 2020, make sure to follow @VisitIdaho on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to receive clues for scavenger hunt locations around the Treasure Valley. When you figure out the clue, head to that destination and be the first to find the Idaho Adventure Starter Pack hidden there to claim the prize, then start planning your Idaho adventure. There will be 10 different locations to find throughout the day, and some locations will have multiple Idaho Adventure Starter Packs to pickup.
What to Look For
When you arrive at a location, look for the Idaho Adventure Starter Pack where the photo clue says it will be. The Idaho Adventure Starter Pack will be accompanied by Visit Idaho team members wearing brightly colored Visit Idaho beanies.
