Experience adventure at Idaho’s newest state park. Twin Peaks Ranch State Park, located outside of Salmon, spans more than 670 acres and offers scenery and solitude. Bordered by the Frank Church–River of No Return Wilderness and the Bitterroot and Lemhi mountain ranges, the park is prime territory for spotting elk, bighorn sheep, and deer. Stretch your legs on an expansive trail system or head out for a bit of off-road fun on motorized trails, and then cast a line at one of the two fishing ponds. Enjoy a sky full of stars by spending a night in one of the 24 cabins available for rent.
