Taking its name from the first white settlement, Fort Henry Historic Byway trails along the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River. There are several attractions along this byway; St. Anthony Sand Dunes; wild game areas; historical ranches; Camas Meadows Battle Grounds.

- Location: Begins at North Rexburg U.S. 20 Exit, onto Salem Highway, to St. Anthony Sand Dunes on Red Road and onto A-2 Road Junction. Continue on A-2 north, then east to Island Park and U.S. 20.
- Attractions include Fort Henry Monument, St. Anthony Sand Dunes, and Targhee-Caribou National Forest.
- Drive Time: 81 miles. Allow 2 hours.
